About Stacy Jackson Certified Master Herbalist

Hi, I’m Stacy Jackson, and I manage Herbs N Things.

I was born and raised on a farm where everything we ate was fresh and all-natural. Back then, we didn't have to worry about all the chemicals in our foods and drinks, as we do now. In 2009, I lost my mother to heart failure. This was due to lack of mind, body and soul exercises, and the big P- pharmaceuticals administered by physicians.

In 2012, I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and was placed on diabetic medicines. This onset was after the untimely death of my youngest son. My entire body chemistry went haywire. I had to do something to help my situation and quickly to avoid the downward spiral of pharmaceuticals.

My Search for the Right Balance

I began researching herbal remedies as well as adding exercises. I found the right balance for me, and after hard work in 2013, I achieved my goal. My doctors took me off of medicines, and proudly I can say I have an A1C of 5.1. Healthy living is the best life to live.

Medical Nutrition

We believe many illnesses are caused by the toxins in our foods. Avoiding manufactured ingredients and pesticides reduces the harmful substances entering our bodies.

Replacing them with cleaner, more organically grown food and natural plant remedies aid the body in healing itself and preventing future disease.
